Employees' adoption level of green practice and its effect on job performances: A study on a logistics businesses which are active in road transport
Green logistics applications, is extremely importance to the logistics sector and the environmental impact of green practices. This emphasis on green practices in the logistics sector, has brought the concept of green logistics. However, academic studies related to green logistics in Turkey is quite limited. These limitations, before adoption of the concepts and practices in the logistics sector. The aim of this project starting from this concern is to determine the level of acceptance of green practices in logistics companies operating in road transport in Turkey and green practices with employees the impact on the business performance of the employees of the adoption of perception. Questionnaires prepared for this purpose, It was apply to employees of logistics companies operating in road transport of goods kind in Turkey.
