- May 24th 2024, Online Registration and Submission of Extended Review Abstracts
- (A committee of reviewers selected by the Scientific Conference Committee will review the Extended Review Abstracts and rate them according to quality, relevance, and correctness. The Scientific Committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation in the conference. The result of the Scientific Committee's decision will be communicated to the submitting authors by email, along with any reviewer comments if there were.)
- June 14th 2024, Notification of acceptance/reject
- (an email message will be sent to the authors)
- July 15th 2024, Submission of full papers
- July 22nd 2024, Notification of full camera ready paper acceptance
- (an email message will be sent to authors)
- August 26th 2024, Registration payment/refund deadline
- (To submit, at least one author of each paper must be registered to attend the Conference).
- Full texts will be included in the conference Proceedings only, if proper payment of conference fees of at least one author applicable in her/his case is received by the organizers by August 26th, 2024 at latest.
- September 18th – 19th 2024, MHCL conference
