Abstract: In the absence of experimental vibration analysis, numerical analysis of supporting structures can be successfully performed by applying the software for machine dynamics. The design in the case of maximum stress aims to maintain the stability of the structure and, for that purpose, very different simulations of process are performed. This paper presents the dynamic simulation during extreme load. A mechanical model of the structures is developed and the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of the tower crane is performed. Numerical analysis shows a procedure to determine some important data for researchers acquired from tower crane incidents such as: the highest stress, law of deflection (structure vibrations) and internal forces of structure. The theoretical (numerical) model is verified by using the experimental (natural) model. From these analyses, critical impacts and critical behavior of the structure are determined.
