Abstract: This paper presents a method for experimental determining the parameters of the slewing platform drive mechanism of the hydraulic excavators with backhoe manipulator. It is defined the dynamic mathematical model that allows, indirectly, determine kinematic and dynamic parameters of the slewing platform drive mechanism of excavator, based on measured values condition excavator at work in the exploitation conditions. Obtained results show extremely dynamic changes of parameters of hydrostatic part of the driving mechanism of the slewing platform in operation of transmission materials. The analysis shows that the largest load of slewing bearing drive occurring in the operation of digging.
